Sterling silver jewelry that is worn continually will often develop a patina, with lighter silver areas combined with darkened areas.  You may like that look for your medals and jewelry items, if so, you would do nothing but enjoy your piece.  If you like a bright and shiny look for your sterling silver jewerly and medals, then please use a polishing cloth to restore the jewelry to its original appearance.  Polishing cloths can be purchased at your local craft store. It is not recommended to use toothpaste on sterling silver as it is abrasive and can leave scratches.  The beads and stones of our jewelry can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. We offer a one year guarantee on all of our jewelry items. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy, please email us at within one year of receipt of the item.  In the email, please state the reason you are returning the merchandise.  We will contact you with our address and shipping instructions.

We ship all products within the United States by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. A flat rate of $6.50 applies, for shipping and handling, to all orders shipped within the United States. We ship all products outside the United States by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail International. Canadian customers are charged a flat rate of $8, and all other customers outside the United States are charged a flat rate of $12.  Orders are shipped within two to three business days, not including holidays and weekends.
